Cement Relief is a sculptural technique where designs, patterns, or images are created in relief on a surface using cement as the primary medium. In relief sculpture, the artwork is raised above (or sometimes sunken into) the background plane, creating a three-dimensional effect while remaining attached to a solid surface like a wall or panel.
