When I was in Class 6, I saw a coloured picture of Leonardo da Vinci’s “Madonna and Child” in my schoolbook. I became very curious about the painting and about the great artist who created it. I liked the picture so much that I tried to copy it on the last page of my exercise book. That was the first time I learned the name Leonardo da Vinci. Many years later, when I studied the Renaissance period, I discovered him again through his inventions, ideas, and artworks. Now, as an adult, I am exploring his life even more. I still feel the same curiosity and wonder that started in my childhood, and my journey with Leonardo da Vinci continues to inspire me.
